Project Manager

Qualifications

Must have at least 5 years of Construction Management experience.
Must have 5 years in ground up residential and remodel construction.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, including structural plans.
Advanced understanding of codes, methods, and building practices related to residential and commercial construction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a strong understanding of scoping, budgeting and management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
Ability to work as a team.
Applicants must have a valid California drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.

As a Project Manager, you will be resposible for managing project scope, budget, and timeline from inception to completion.
Supervise and manage subcontractors providing status updates to clients, and assessing risks.
Work with architect and consultants to develop project plans that meet the project requirements, including scope, budget and timeline.
Manage and track all project costs.
Ensure that all project deadlines are met.
Develop and manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the approved building plans.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure cleanliness, safety, and standards are met and exceeded.
