Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years of Construction Management experience.
- Must have 5 years in ground up residential and remodel construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including structural plans.
- Advanced understanding of codes, methods, and building practices related to residential and commercial construction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a strong understanding of scoping, budgeting and management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Applicants must have a valid California drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will be resposible for managing project scope, budget, and timeline from inception to completion.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors providing status updates to clients, and assessing risks.
- Work with architect and consultants to develop project plans that meet the project requirements, including scope, budget and timeline.
- Manage and track all project costs.
- Ensure that all project deadlines are met.
- Develop and manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the approved building plans.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure cleanliness, safety, and standards are met and exceeded.
