Multi-Unit Fire Restoration

The Damage
We were called out to a multi-unit fire where four condo units were affected. Two of the units had severe fire damage, and the other two units had smoke and water damage.
Client Objectives
– This fire-damaged unit was a complete gut. It was demolished down to the framing. The restoration goal was to stay within the allotted insurance budget and go back “like for like.”
– This means that we match the existing materials and finishes as closely as possible, without any additional upgraded charges to the customer.
The Result
This unit received all new electrical wiring, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, countertops, interior doors and jams, finish carpentry, painting, and a brand-new furnace and ducting. The result was a beautiful condo that was left better than before.
