Client Objectives
– Customer downsizing from 3000 sq ft home in Thousand Oaks to an 1150 sq ft condo in Westlake Village, CA.
–Objective: RECREATE the same design and feeling of their previous home AND SCALE for their new, smaller space.
High Personalization and Design Touch
State Restoration’s design team curated a lighter color scheme to make the condo feel and appear larger. Included in the ideas were a gorgeous custom color for their cabinets and the flooring was switched from dark wood to a lighter, brighter tile- ideas the clients didn’t think of originally. The design team went to work for them, bringing their ideas to life.
The Result
Their new kitchen is the heart of their home with plenty of room for entertaining. In addition, they remodeled two bathrooms- removing the old cabinets and bathtub in the powder room, and built a custom stunning shower.
The clients were thrilled with this astonishing transformation and are enjoying their retirement in style and comfort!
